While at Apple, I had the opportunity to work as a Design Assistant for a 1.5 years in Video Production. I worked alongside Producers, Directors, Designers and Marketing Creators on events and videos. CHALLENGE
Apple's newest campaign in 2018 was introducing the new 9.7 inch iPad that supports the Apple Pencil. The challenge here was to help the design team create illustrations that showcase the Apple Pencil's capabilities with the new iPad using the Keynote and Numbers apps.
SOLUTION
The way I approached this was different from Apples normal approaches when designing things. I printed out all the approved slides from Numbers and Keynote and used Sharpies, Pens, and White out to roughly sketch out ideas to show producers.
RESULT
After feedback, and troubleshooting. I created various illustrations for the campaign that can now be viewed on Apple.com
